When trying to update I found that kde-apps/print-manager was dependent upon a newly masked package (app-admin/system-config-printer-gnome).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have kde-apps/print-manager installed
2. update or install anything involving kde-apps/print-manager
3. blocked due to masked package
Actual Results:  
blocked updates

Expected Results:  
successful updates

No kde overlay, this is from stock gentoo tree.

Please add the full portage output (app-admin/system-config-printer-gnome is only one of two options in a || dep)
