Why should we link to a resource that is 404?
The embedded project is aware that their handbook needs migrating and will update links as they see fit.

Same thing as above.
Also, I already told you in another bug that we don't accept bugs for publicly editable wiki pages. There are discussion pages on the Wiki, or, when you are confident with your change, you are asked to make the change directly.
