jax-rs-2.0.ebuild

A new ebuild for Java API for RESTful Services. It seemed a bit to simple to make, as in no deps, seems a bit odd. It compiled fine, though I need to test out the API. Also requires a license to be added. Not sure why this stuff each has its own license.
