Documentation build failure in this release.  I'm sure it works without the doc USE flag set but haven't verified.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE=doc emerge -1 \=sci-libs/cln-1.3.3

Actual Results:  
Build failure in pdflatex.

Expected Results:  
Successful build including documentation.
