Bug 550680 – sys-apps/unscd: add s6 support

This is a revbump to add s6 support to unscd. I will attach the ebuild
patch and the extra scripts here.
Again, I did not add an rdep on >=openrc-0.16.3 or s6 directly because
they are not  needed unless a user physically adds the unscd-s6 init
script to their runlevel instead of the unscd init script.

i'm going to go ahead and say no one has heard of s6.  when filing bugs like this, you should provide a bit of background / links to things.

Hi William, if you're still interested in this I suggest you just go ahead and commit...
