When I try to open a .xml on dev.gentoo.org/~<username> I get 
Internal Server Error
xmlErrMsg:Extra content at the end of the document
xmlErrCode:5
xmlErrLevel:3
Is it possible to fix these? (I heard that support is ending, but if it is not hard to fix it, I would like to be able to view those files ;-)

For example I was looking for some docs/howto/guide on dev.gentoo.org/~neddyseagoon/

We don't have any resources to fix the GuideXML runtime, as such it has been properly disabled now.
