When I try to do emerge -u world, I am unable to find the package gtk+-2.4.3.tar.bz2  It says ERROR 404: Not Found on all the servers it tries to connect to.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -u world
or 
1. emerge -u gtk+
Actual Results:  
ERROR 404: Not Found.

Expected Results:  
updated my system

problem has NOT been resolved where as the other package issues have.

Please make sure it's not a local issue before you report/reopen bugs.  I can fetch the file fine here, as well as on 2 other computers on different networks.

prove it is our problem. You still have no proof. Nobody has reported this problem but you.
