dev-python/charade is deprecated.

Only a few packages still remain that have charade as a dependency, but their upstreams have all switched over, so we are waiting on the release (or patch for) one, and then all 3 should be complete.

dev-python/pysrt        (versions < 1.0.1 can be removed)
media-video/subliminal  (waiting on upstream to release > 0.7.5)
net-irc/limnoria        (versions < 20150429 can be removed)

CC'ing maintainers of the above pkgs

No packages left in tree that depend on it.

Requesting that treecleaners or python team consider removing this now.
