Is this reproducible with 0.12.0? |
On my system (~amd64), suspending from SDDM didn't work, neither with USE=upower nor with USE=-upower. After some googling, it turns out that somehow the connection upower<->sddm seems to be broken and resulting in the machine not suspend, though it is capable to by other means. Replacing upower with upower-pm-utils works for me. Currently we got: > upower? ( || ( sys-power/upower sys-power/upower-pm-utils ) ) in the ebuild, so either a) reverse the order, b) introduce a second flag and/or add a warning message. Reproducible: Always
