Description charles17 2015-04-29 08:08:19 UTC
The output of "eselect locale list" should not confuse users with both versions of the same locale. Displaying only the (lower case) version as from "locale -a" would be better.

$ eselect locale list
Available targets for the LANG variable:
  [1]   C
  [2]   POSIX
  [3]   en_US.utf8
  [4]   en_US.UTF-8 *
  [ ]   (free form)

$ locale -av
locale: en_US.utf8      archive: /usr/lib64/locale/locale-archive

After "eselect locale set 3" and regenerating, the upper case version has gone.
Resolved Obsolete.
