media-libs/libvpx-1.3.0 provides library with soname "libvpx.so.1". media-libs/libvpx-1.4.0 provides library with soname "libvpx.so.2". media-libs/libvpx-1.4.0 should have SLOT="0/2" to allow package manager to automatically rebuild reverse dependencies (after they are fixed to use := or :0=).
