Bug 54717 – [BUMP] Ebuild for new version of cdcd (0.6.6)

Ebuild for recently updated cdcd-0.6.6, 0.6.4 is the latest version in portage. Ebuild is based on 0.6.4 ebuild.
I have change only a few things:
1. It seems like the patch is no longer needed, config script that was patched in 0.6.4 is changed in 0.6.6 and it builds (and works) fine on my system without patch
2. Changed DEPEND enetry for sys-libs/readline, installation instructions say that at least 4.2 version is updated
3. Put "~" in front of keywords
