When updating www-client/chromium-41.0.2272.118 to chromium-42.0.2311.90 gnome-keyring-3.14.0 is added as dependency and want to install even when -gnome-keyring USE falg is used

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sync
2. add -gnome-keyring USE flag
3. try to install chromium
Actual Results:  
gnome-keyring-3.14.0 is added as dependency

Expected Results:  
gnome-keyring should not be added because of -gnome-keyring USE flag
