I often pm willikins commands because there is no reason to spam a channel with them.  PM-ing willikins a bug # results in the following:

willikins | Wrong parameters - unknown zilla, see 'help bug' for help.
willikins | undefined method `summary' for nil:NilClass

Not sure if this is the desired behavior, but it looked off to me, and I wanted to notify you guys just in case there was some way it could be exploited.  The first message would seem to indicate that the bugzilla to snarf is defined per channel, so it doesn't work in PM, but the second message seems to imply that it went ahead with querying something with incomplete/correct data.
