zzuf-9999.ebuild

Ebuild to build from git HEAD ( https://github.com/samhocevar/zzuf ) and to multilib build (to fix upstream issue - https://github.com/samhocevar/zzuf/issues/1 )

The git HEAD 73ec5ee6e458ae7a306dfe4b6474a8d98492f3ac also fixes the Gentoo bug 307049

    app-forensics/zzuf: update EAPI 7 -> 8, add multilib support
    
    Also drop USE=static-libs, installing static versions of libraries
    whose primary purpose is to be preloaded is rather pointless.
