From profiles/base/package.use.mask:

dev-lang/rust system-llvm

But sys-devel/llvm-3.6.0 has now been added to the tree and unmasked.

I have not yet checked whether rust actually builds with the flag set, but either the mask should be removed or the message should be updated.
