I'm confused by why you would report this bug, and then update the README upstream... Because all versions of systemd newer than 215 require glibc-2.16 or later. This fact should be reflected in ebuilds. Please do not change the status on bugs that are not assigned to you. In general, we try to avoid putting specific C library implementations in DEPEND.
