glibc older than 2.16 does not provide definition of IP_UNICAST_IF which makes systemd 216 (and newer) fail to build.

Reproducible: Always

I'm confused by why you would report this bug, and then update the README upstream...

Because all versions of systemd newer than 215 require glibc-2.16 or later. This fact should be reflected in ebuilds.

In general, we try to avoid putting specific C library implementations in DEPEND. However, I'm not sure that systemd would even build with uclibc or musl, so maybe we can make an exception here.
