Please note this is a bug tracker, not a feedback box. Try asking around in our community, maybe there's someone who can help you resolve your issues quicker. you broke gentoo...( echo 'ABI_X86="32"' >> /etc/portage/make.conf and get both, 32 and 64 gentoo. I do not need it !! why it was necessary to come up with 32 and 64 abi if then write them in make.conf nice! Take for example the world. in fact in the world I write what I want, and portage puts everything you need to do. You can also do with abi. # grep abi_x86_32 /etc/portage/package.use | wc -l 229 Well, you only have these two choices. Sorry, but that's how it is at the moment. If you want to have that changed, start by writing a mail with constuctive suggestions/criticism to gentoo-dev@lists.gentoo.org. THis bug tracker is not the right place to discuss this. |
