kde-apps/libkomparediff2-9999 fails to emerge because the requested branch is no longer existing. Only the branch master is left and as far as I understood the commit logs, all branches have been merged.

Fix build by not requesting the framework branch.

The proposed patch just removes the request for the frameworks branch.
Now it fetches master and the package compiles again.
