build log for reswrap 4.0.0

reswrap (versions 3.2.0 and 4.0.0) fail to build on hardened amd64 (unstable using gcc-4.9.2). Build log for 4.0.0 is attatched, same error for version 3.2.0

It is building with USE -profile. Comparing it with bugs #407689 and #468404 the solution appears to mask the profile use flag if using the hardened profile.
