Changes the SRC_URI to use ${PV} so future upgrades should be a simple cp of the ebuild to the new version. Updated to reflect new home page as well. devtodo is a utility that allows users at the command line to track a list of outstanding tasks. Lists of tasks are per-directory. (As an aside, I am the developer of devtodo, so if there are any problems with the ebuild or the package itself, I'd like to know about them)
