After updating cffi pygit2 stops being importable with the following exception:
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/pygit2/__pycache__/pygit2_cffi_93ecb84x5470904.c'

Rebuilding the package fixes the issue, and I believe the correct perminant resolution is for pygit2 to be rebuild each time cffi is updated.
