For me it crashes on loading most websites, e.g. youtube.com, microsoft.com, deutschepost.de etc. Might have to do with javascript, because blog.fefe.de does not crash.
It also happens with a new profile.
Right now, qupzilla is de facto unusable to me.

1.8.9 includes crash fixes and is now in the tree - please try again with that.
