seems this problem only happens on ARM, same err with armv7a-hardflat profile at version 36.0.4 Could there be some package that provides this include file, and the firefox package isn't explicitly stating which version it needs? Most ARM packages are stable at older versions than x86. There were a few issues with the firefox-36 source release; this is the first release with the new 'Unified' source build system. I expect something just went missing or awry, to be honest. Firefox-37 has just been released upstream and many issues present in firefox-36 have been fixed in that codebase. I recommend trying again in a couple of days with the new version first (once it hits the tree), and we'll see how it goes from there. ping, did this issue go away with newer versions? I have Firefox 31.7.0 installed on my amd64 machine, so I'm afraid that I don't currently know. Will try compiling 38.0.5 right now and let you know when it finishes (probably won't until much later today). Firefox 38.0.5 seems to be fine on amd64. Recompiling on armv6j and armv7a to confirm there as well. Am able to build 31.7.0 on armv7a-hardfp, but not 38.0.5. The reason for the failure of 38.0.5 seems to be unrelated to this report, so I'm not able to test at the moment. armv6j-hardfp still building. This version isn't in the tree any longer |
