For example, if the ebuild has RESTRICT="foo? ( bindist )", the masking message just says "masked by: bindist in RESTRICT" which isn't very helpful if the restriction is USE-conditional.

When --autounmask is enabled, we can suggest package.use configuration changes.

Also, for unconditional RESTRICT="bindist", --autounmask can suggest package.accept_restrict configuration changes.
