Please find attached patch so that it will compile against USE="fcitx".

This is intended to be used as a "fcitx-mozc" in "app-i18n/fcitx", requires fcitx-mozc patch.[0]

Could you please add an "fcitx" USE flag to ">=app-i18n/mozc-2.16.2037.102" and support "fcitx-mozc"?
