Arches, please test and mark stable www-client/qupzilla-1.8.6

arm would need kde-base/kwalletd:4 to be marked stable as well, or the kde useflag masked on stable.

arm is unlikely to stablise KDE and revdeps just for qupzilla, so masking the USE flag would be the better option, especially given it's not currently stabilised.
