We'd have to see the config.log to work out what happened here. The configure script finds libbinio, but it does not set libbinio_CFLAGS for some reason, resulting in the compiler being unable to find binfile.h. Not sure whether this is the AdPlug configure script failing, or the libbinio package file being incorrect. Maybe post the output of "pkg-config --cflags libbinio" as well, as it should say something like "-I/usr/include/libbinio".
