The pathing for postgresql is off.  I just tried (6/16/04 18:40 GMT) to emerge postgresql.  The emerge tried mirror after mirror, each failing with:
 
No such directory `pub/postgresql/v7.4.2'.

I tried to update my cache by running emerge sync, but the results were the same after.  There is a related bug from earlier today, but it has been marked as closed.
