When syncing with rsync://134.147.32.114/gentoo-portage it "updates" my portage tree to older copy, happened today and yesterday. Syncing with other mirrors works fine.

Alex, no, it is not only low update frequency: 'emerge --sync' did not print such warning:

Instead it downgraded tree to older version. The only explanation is wrong timestamp.chk in 134.147.32.114 rsync server.
