Whatever game one runs it will exit with "mednafen: tests.cpp:410: void MDFN_TESTS_CPP::TestSignedOverflow(): Assertion `Mul_U16U16U32U64(65535, 65535) == 0xfffe0001ULL' failed", as in the attached example, because of the cflags patch; removing it solves the issue.

oh, nvm, I see it's a runtime failure.  Added some required flags to the ebuild.
