Bug 539886 – sci-mathematics/octave-3.8.2 should depend on x11-libs/fltk[opengl,xft]

Current ebuild of octave depends only on fltk[opengl], however this leads during octave startup to this error:

Recompiling fltk additionally with xft fixes this issue. It might be, that fltk must always be compiled with xft support if opengl use flag is enabled for it.

The most annoying about this error message is the fact that octave will start but it will NOT include the current directory to its scriptpath, hence all user written scripts in the current directory cannot be executed without adding "." to the script search path.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE=-xft emerge fltk
2. emerge octave
3. start octave and you will see the above error message
