Attempted to update today, found this issue. Also finding that I'm running into lots of timeout issues with the mirrors these last couple of days. It's probably unrelated, but worth mentioning in case it's relevant.

      In December 2011, Jakarta was retired as all of its subprojects had either become their
      own projects or been retired.

Looks also as if the mirror involved has been pulled from service: http://mirror.mcs.anl.gov

Going to make a separate bug to report that.

Mirror removal was handled already by bug #532384

Solved it myself changing the SRC_URI to the link reported by Jeroen Roovers.
