This package has an All-Rights-Reserved LICENSE, but no MIRROR="mirror bindist".

Hm. I believe it would be correct to add RESTRICT="bindist mirror"; however, I would also accept removing the package from the tree, as I do not believe that usage is very high.

For clarification, I am acceptable with either of the options.

Either licenses@ or proxy-maint@ should feel free to execute whichever they deem fit.

I think it's better to leave it in for now. proxy-maint please add RESTRICT="bindist mirror" to 0.3.2.
