libreswan-3.8 works,libreswan-3.12 also works.
For upgrade it suffices to copy the ebuild to libreswan-3.12.ebuild.

3.10 works fine for my use case; it isn't completely broken.

We can stabilize 3.12 after it sits in ~arch for a bit.
