According to their homepage, a new version is available.

Please be aware that there are two versions of Cinelerra.

Cinelerra-CV has just released v2.3:

http://cinelerra-cv.org/

The other version on cinelerra.org is more commercially oriented, while cinelerra-cv focusses on stability.

A lot of distributions out there include both programs nowadays.

I'd like to point out that there are THREE versions of Cinelerra. Yeah, sorry - heavily forked. :(
