The ptune.pl script that gets built and installed with ivtv depends on two modules available from ivtv's repository: Video::Frequencies and Video::ivtv. ptune.pl is useless without those installed. In fact, it's pretty hard to test whether the ivtv driver is working if you can't adequately change channels with the tuner.

I stopped the ivtv ebuild from installing those perl scripts. I'll get around to making a new package that includes those scripts and all the needed perl scripts once I get settled back in.
