Currently I've dev-libs/redland 1.0.16 (latest stable) installed, however when compiling libreoffice

checking for REDLAND... yes
checking for librdf_world_set_raptor_init_handler in -lrdf... no
configure: error: librdf too old. Need >= 1.16

2) Please attach the entire build log to this bug report.
3) Please attach to this bug report the config.log mentioned in the build log.
