Why did you store a single file in a tar archive?

I'm always using "tar cvaf". Just encountered this updating Inkscape. Odd thing is, I don't seem to have lcms explicitly set anywhere, and I haven't really made any changes in a long time. I usually just rely on the defaults. eix -I inkscape... Installed versions: 0.91-r1^t(05:19:06 PM 05/02/16)(dbus exif imagemagick jpeg nls openmp spell -cdr -dia -gnome -inkjar -lcms -postscript -static-libs -visio -wpg PYTHON_TARGETS="python2_7") emerge -pv [ebuild R ] media-gfx/inkscape-0.91-r1::gentoo USE="dbus exif imagemagick jpeg nls openmp spell -cdr -dia -gnome -inkjar -lcms -postscript -static-libs -visio -wpg" PYTHON_TARGETS="python2_7" 0 KiB lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 44 Nov 19 2013 make.profile -> /usr/portage/profiles/default/linux/x86/13.0 I guess I'll add lcms to the USE flags, but weird that it would all of a sudden break the build. not in te tree anymore. |
