Here are the flags which it finds on my Ivy Bridge CPU:
CPU_FLAGS_X86="aes avx mmx mmxext popcnt sse sse2 sse3 sse4_1 sse4_2 ssse3"

But I had the sse4 flag (used by ffmpeg) which it didn't find.

There no such thing as 'sse4'. ffmpeg was incorrect and it will be fixed when switched to CPU_FLAGS_X86.
