Well, it's in the repo for almost an hour, so maybe it's time to stabilize it? :) But seriously, it's trivial and we need it before the CPU_FLAGS_X86 news item.

@amd64 & @x86: Please give this a thorough testing on your available hardware, and mark as stable afterwards. Note that it requires recently synced gx86 profiles and uses only the flags specified in cpu_flags_x86.desc.
