Request for ebuild of dev-util/monodevelop-5.7

For creator guy: you can get info for creating ebuild from here: https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=23696

There are some operation to allow build package (download some packages and add them to build tree before compile monodevelop)

For dipendencies you could get ebuild from "dotnet" overlay.
