kodi shouldn't be building libprojectm locally ... we should unroll that

I'd also prefer to get it unrolled. But according to this report

Tomáš Chvátal already tried to get this done. Interim development showed the patch didn't work well and was removed again.

fixed in kodi-16.0 as they've dropped projectm upstream
