Just copy the original ebuild file and rename to dnscrypt-proxy-1.4.3.ebuild should be fine.

done, thanks

btw, I'd prefer 'diff file' against previous latest version, which would easily show me what actually changes.
also the attached file is not necessary (which you already said "copy the original and rename")
