*** Bug 536372 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** I'm having similar issue with gkeys-0.2, switching to python3.6 fixes issue to me. Maybe python2.7 support should be disabled for this package? Temporarily or not. Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/lib/python-exec/python2.7/gkeys", line 50, in <module> success = main() File "/usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/gkeys/cli.py", line 64, in __call__ return self.run(args) File "/usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/gkeys/base.py", line 346, in run success, results = func(args) File "/usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/gkeys/actions.py", line 217, in listkey ls, lr = self._list_it(key, result.output) File "/usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/gkeys/actions.py", line 242, in _list_it self.logger.debug(_unicode("data output:\n") + str(result)) UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode characters in position 166-170: ordinal not in range(128) I am nearly ready to do a 0.3 release. That issue should be resolved in current code. I have been running it with python2.7 generating the gentoo-devs seed files and numerous other checks... Python 2.7 support was disabled long time ago, closing this bug is OBSOLETE |
