When updating libwpd 0.10.0 to libwpd 0.10.0-r1  there are some file collisions detected to files belonging to version 0.10.0

As far as I can tell, app-text/libwpd-0.10.0:0.9, i.e. version 0.10.0 with SLOT 0.9 has never existed in the tree. Whatever happened there, you should probably unmerge that version with the wrong SLOT locally.
