The vfs/smbfs module of mc 4.6 fails to compile if samba is compiled against heimdal (for afs support), since it doesn't look for the necessary kerberos headers in /usr/include/heimdal

The attached patch against
app-misc/mc-4.6.0-r8.ebuild
corrects the problem by adding the additionally needed include paths to CFLAGS.

I would be grateful for testing and inclusion of the fix into the next revision of the ebuild.

Depends on bug #54421. If we fix the other bug, this can be resolved WONTFIX.
