A CD Audio Reader plugin for XMMS. It uses a data reading method to read the
audio off the CD, enabling cd's to be used with XMMS's visualization plugin.  It
also can be used to play audio cd's off of drives not connected directly to the
soundcard.  TODO: the volume control on XMMS doesn't seem to affect the volume
of the cd being played...

NM, the volume control does work.  Silly me, I had another mixer open...

a simpler ebuild with keywords, slot and so. Tested on gentoo 1.2 and
gentoo-ppc 1.2
