Exactly same failure happened here (stable amd64) during world update. It however emerges fine after @preserved-rebuild where one of rebuilded packages was media-libs/openexr-1.7.0. $ emerge -pv devil ... [ebuild R ] media-libs/devil-1.7.8-r2 USE="X gif jpeg jpeg2k mng openexr opengl png sdl sse sse2 tiff xpm -allegro -glut -nvtt -sse3 -static-libs" 0 KiB I'm not able to reproduce this with either media-libs/openexr-1.7.0 or media-libs/openexr-2.1.0. I don't use preserve-libs though. I added slot deps to the libraries that have subslots so maybe that will help this failure to not happen in the future. |
