when trying to emerge lastest stable 'ntp-4.2.8-r1' package, the Download of when trying to emerge/update ntp the required file 'ntp-4.2.8-manpages.tar.bz2' fails to download, since it's not available on any mirror.

The same happens with 'net-misc/ntp-4.2.8-r2'

Therefore only the old 'net-misc/ntp-4.2.6_p5-r10' is currently available for installation.

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge ntp

Actual Results:  
!!! Couldn't download 'ntp-4.2.8-manpages.tar.bz2'. Aborting.
 * Fetch failed for 'net-misc/ntp-4.2.8-r1'

Expected Results:  
completed emerge...

Seen on amd64 and x86
